At this time, we are anticipating that we will be able to continue providing service to our clients. We are actively monitoring the spread of COVID-19, as cases continue to impact our community. We are a value-based company and one of our core values is safety. Our commitment to safety includes taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our service teams and our customers.
We are running normal operations at this time, while making the necessary adjustments to adhere to our temporary new normal. We are able to do this with our cloud based software, team apps, dedicated equipment and trucks used by one service team throughout the season, and limiting our service team sizes after assessing their individual risk factors. We will be asking our clients not to approach our teams while onsite until the social distancing restraints have been lifted. As much as we love speaking with all of you, we ask that any requests are made through our client portal, phone call or email. We will also have our service teams fill out daily questionnaires to determine if their team should be rotated out for isolation.
