Residential Snow Removal
During normal snow falls, we start our routes when the snow has ended. During a snow event that has an excess of six inches and doesn’t show any sign of stopping, we perform a plow-only pass-through (no shoveling) of our residential route so that you don’t end up stuck in your home. We then perform a full snow removal service (including shoveling) once the snow has stopped.
During a plausible snow event, you receive an email asking that you remove any cars from your driveway, making it accessible to plow. If a road plow has gone by and the snow has piled at the end of your driveway, our client portal provides an option for you to request an additional snow removal service the following day.
